SCHEMATIC DESIGN — We prepare initial design concepts in the form of plans, elevations, and perspective sketches. We also provide finish samples, appliance/fixture recommendations, and lighting design. |

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT — We make any adjustments to the design that result from the schematic design presentation and prepare documents and specifications for construction. |

FINAL PRODUCT — We review contractor pricing and participate in a pre-construction meeting with the project team. We conduct site visits during construction and are available to answer any questions from the contractor. |
